php/form

ok, this is my first go at php/javascript/html can anybody with a few spare minutes try and break this form or make it produce bad queries

1) form should not accept invalid dates
2) minimum of 4 players required to play a game
3) winner must not have an in-pint
4) arse-enders and swears must both be posotive integers
5) winning dig should be 2,4,6,8
6) people who dont play cant win

the WhoPlayed table has the fields (GameID, PlayerID, ArseEnders, InPint)
the players table has the fields (PlayerID, Name, swears, swears_paid)
the games table has the fields (GameID, DatePlayed, Winner, Dig)

cheers
