Neeed help with exploits plz


does anyone have a guide to follow on using exploits if so i wud really like one.. if not plz answer these questions

1) do u set the options and follow instructions of the exploit before u compile it to .exe in c++

2)once uve compiled it wat do u do..

3) how do u make the exploit actually work


if someone could ad me to there msn so we could talk it would be greatly appriciated thank you

What, precisely are you trying to learn? Just running exploits doesn't really teach you much about security. If you really want to learn about how things work, read up on things like stack and heap based buffer overflows, SQL injection, social engineering, etc. Since this is in the programming forum, you ought to learn C and assembler programming (for the buffer overflows) to get a full appreciation of these topics.
