java jsp ????? 2 databases


I have never done a dynamic site before but I am making an intranet website for work and they have 2 different databases an access on for marketing and a symatar one for the rest of the info, is it possible with using jsp and jdbc doing a seach to do 2 databases at one time or do I need separate search for each
