how to set ecn: 0x00 in my sctp program code in ip.


i want to set ecn = 0x00 like this:
Internet Protocol, Src: 172.27.1.106 (172.27.1.106), Dst: 172.27.1.105 (172.27.1.105)
Version: 4
Header length: 20 bytes
Differentiated Services Field: 0x00 (DSCP 0x00: Default; ECN: 0x00)

but when i sent sctp init msg i am getting like this:
Differentiated Services Field: 0x02 (DSCP 0x00: Default; ECN: 0x02)

please help me how to set ECN: 0x00 in sctp, not in TCP.

I don't think that is a configurable option, at the very least it's not currently a sysctl tunable, (checked against 3.8.0 linux kernel)
