extracting kernel api's from application binary


Hi All
I have linux application binary for which I don't have source code ,is there any tool or command that can tell which kernel API's we are using in application from my linux binary.

With Objdump & readelf ,it will listed out user function & kernel api function but it wont tell which kernel function an application is using .
Kindly let me know

Will this works for vxworks binary as well or does anyone have any idea for other tool or command for vxworks

If you want to know about whether that command works for vxworks, then the easiest thing would be to try it...you could have read the man page and tried the suggested command quicker than you posted the question, and you'd already have an answer. And since vxworks is NOT FREE, if you have questions about it, you should call Wind River.
