Automator ... but in windows

I'm trying to find a way to open a lot of links and save the .gif file within each of these links, now i know you can do this easily with Automator , but since I'm without my mac , im stuck with windows, so is there anyway, any program i can easily write, or a macro i can use, anything at all that can help me do this ? (btw when i say a lot of links i mean like > 21000 links.)

Thanks
