Greeting group:

I have been working on a few "free host" sites for Tracy. Some
allow cgi scripts to run with their perl. I am working on a form that
visitors can fill in and send to her email. It will also: post a thank
you, send an email to the respondent, add them to a list with a unique
identifier and is even capable of filtering certain addresses. All this
requires many modules (about 10).

The scripts I obtained are capable of defining errors before
they execute on the server. Included with the forms scripts was a test
script that I used to check perl and send mail. It confirmed that my
paths and cgi-bin were correct and that sendmail works by a successful
email transmission.

I have toyed with permissions and paths but the form script
still fails to load modules from a cgi-bin subdirectory. The relative
path is:

if (-s "sets/gmtset.pl") {require "sets/gmtset.pl";} else {print.......
if (-s "sets/enyfrmset.pl") {require "sets/enyfrmset.pl";} else {print.

cgi-bin is 755
*.cgi was 766 and is now 777
*.pl's were 766 and are now 777
ALL were ftp'd as ASCII not binary

If anyone has done this successfully, could you please offer a possible
suggestion? Would it help if you could see the code? Thanx,
