What, just like that?
I spent 5min trying to find what lead to this, mailing list messages maybe, can't find anything.
It's very abrupt, yes? And a one person decision?
I know at least one user here who will be disappointed.
I know for sure that hazel uses/used - and advocates - NuTyx.
I did use it briefly on my laptop. I was intrigued by the notion of installing a Linux distribution alongside an existing system just by running a shell script in the latter, which was one of the available options at that time. And I did some work on their documentation because I have always enjoyed turning "English as she is spoken" into proper English. That's a hangover from my refugee background. But I haven't used NutyX for some time now.
I keep an up to date NuTyX install on one of my many partitions, as I find it to be a unique and interesting distro.
I went looking to see if it was really going to end, and found this. Happy to find that, for now at least, it will continue. So thanks tnut and anyone else that keeps the NuTyX ball rolling! I may not use it as an everyday driver, but it sure is a worthwhile endeavor.
Distribution: Arch Linux, Slackware -current, CRUX Linux

Thanks
I love this distro, I Love hearing that you're not quitting!
I installed it on a 2012 macbook using the GNOME shell, and it runs like a dream. I haven't seen any other distribution that can do this with such ease of use. Keep up the good work!
