[andrew@Dell-pc Truecrypt]$ ./truecrypt-7.1a-setup-x64
Warning: Unable to load any usable ISO8859 font
./truecrypt-7.1a-setup-x64: line 695: 10449 Done cat <<_END
TrueCrypt $VERSION Setup

TrueCrypt is a software system for establishing and maintaining...
This package opened and ran in kubuntu
NOTE.
I have both Truecrypt and Veracrypt in the manjaro repo.
Of the two, I expect that veracrypt would be the recommended package - provided it opens truecrypt volumes
