No sound on XFCE Manjaro.

Hello friends, my first post on this website, I've just successfully switched my laptop from Windows 10 to XFCE Manjaro with no problems, except for this one of course. I'm having a problem of no sound...I've tried looking it up and trying all the solutions, but nothing worked as of yet.

Here's the alsa report:
http://alsa-project.org/db/?f=db1521...db33bf2d74efba

Windows didn't have any problems at all with sound, it was just after i've installed this distro.
My Laptop is running with Intel I7-8550U CPU, 12GB RAM, Geforce MX150 GPU & other Intel gpu that i forgot the name of, if that helps.

I've reinstalled the Distro twice with non-free and free drivers.

It just seems that it doesn't detect my pci sound card.
I would appreciate any kind of help, thanks.

Just a stab in the dark since I. don't use Manjaro. What happens when you run
Code:
alsamixer
in a terminal? The main audio channels might be muted.

If u cant solve problem. U may prefer Arcolinux which is Arch based. There was a command "pavucontrol-nq" allows you to set volume settings.

Changing the operating system is a radical suggestion for something simple like a sound issue.
