Then turn images and scripts off in your web browser, so that your page loads are low bandwidth.
Code:
url="https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/manjaro-119/is-there-a-linux-manjaro-armel-4175723208/"

agent="Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/109.0"

curl -LA "$agent" "$url" -o test.html

ls -l test.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 me me 52729 Mar 19 08:28 test.html
53kb for a page download.

You need to give more info with your posts, instead of wanting people to search for what you are talking about.

Is armel this?

Arch is 64 bit intel/amd only. There was a separate arm version of arch. You'll have to look for it.

ARMel port: supports older 32-bit ARM processors without hardware FPU (floating-point unit), especially*on platforms like openRD, Versatile and plug computers
