how to add a new user to the Audio (sound, alsamixer...) ?

Hello,

I did : useradd mynewuser

Permissions...

however, root can change sound settings, with alsamixer.
However mynewuser cannot.

how to add a new user to the Audio (sound, alsamixer...) ?
