xfs server ignoring font paths

I have noticed that my fonts in Linux are very bad, and maybe I now know why. I was checking my log files and I find these:
xfs: ignoring font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/pcf_drakfont:unscaled (unreadable)
xfs: ignoring font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi:unscaled (unreadable)
xfs: ignoring font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/drakfont (unreadable)
Does someone here know how to have fonts like in Windows, do I have to change some settings or other stuff. Is there any tweaks so I don't get those crappy fonts?

By the way, when I use DrakFont to get my Windows fonts, 90% of them are exported incorrectly and I can't use them.
