Welcome to Mandriva e mail

The other day i installed Mandriva 2006 64-bit, and everything works just fine....i am quite happy with it. Except one thing. Every time i start Kmail i recieve "Welcome To Mandriva" e mail. I delete it and as long as i don't restart Kmail the message doesn't come back. Then i restart Kmail...and "Welcome...." is sitting right there.
Would anyone have any idea as to why is this happening and how to stop it.
