very slow rsh & rlogin on mandarke 9.2

when ever i try to connect to this machine using rsh, rlogin or rcp it is really very slowley. telnet works just fine, so it doesn't look like network problem.

my other mandrake installation works good.
any idea what did i do wrong on this one??
