URPMI update list

Is there a website, mailing list or something that a person can use that will regularly tell you what software has been updated/added to the urpmi repositories without having to just try out urpmi to see if anything is there?

You can see the security updates here and you can see in the box here what's new in cooker. Plus there is mandriva online which is a KDE/GNOME applet which tracks updates for your machine but it's not free. The stable releases doesn't change that much or they doesn't change at all between releases, so there's no need to watch them constantly.
