I'm running Mandrake 10 Community, and I've got a couple questions:

1. My audio_cd.script file looks like this:

/usr/share/dynamic/functions.script

if under_gnome; then
launch gnome-cd --unique --play --device "$DEV"
fi

launch grip
launch gnome-cd --unique --play --device "$DEV"

echo "No application to play an audio CD"

# audio_cd.script ends here
***************************

Want I want it do to, is if grip is launched, and I insert another cd, is to use the same instance of grip that's up, and not start another. How do I do this?

2. My video_dvd.script file looks like this:

. /usr/share/dynamic/functions.script

launch xine --auto-play --auto-scan=dvdnavigator:
launch vlc dvd:"$DEV"

echo "No application to play a video DVD"

# video_dvd.script ends here

***************************

I want xine to automatically play a DVD, but it won't; but when I hit the 'DVD' button, of course it does.
And, of course, if I switch DVDs, it starts another instance of xine, which I do not want it to do.

Shouldn't it be "dvd" instead of "dvdnavigator:" ?
Besides, for this to work, supermount has to be disabled.

I had tried "dvd", and a couple of other things, but none of them worked. Mmmmm, I didn't know automount had to be disabled.
