rtl8180 Wireless card on MDK 10 Kernael 2.6

Can someone please answer this question once and for all. Can the rtl8180 chipset on a wireless card be used on linux. I've read so much about people trying this. SOme people can get it to work, others cant.

If anyone knows of suitable drivers for this, it would help alot.

if you use a very old kernel (2.4.20) you can get it to work. at least i got my dwl610 up and running. i dont remember where i found the driver but my guess is the realtek-site. the driver was made for redhat 9.0.
