Hello everyone. I just recently installed a copy of Mandriva 2005 LE on my Mac, and although the install went fine, I'm having a lot of problems with the Mandriva Control Center (MCC).
It's not under my start menu, and when I try to run 'drakconf' from the console under root, I get an error saying that the command is unknown. I checked to see if the package was installed, and it is. So I went and tried to uninstall it and reinstall.
Upon reinstall I got this error:
Code:
[root@stevensmac etc]# urpmi drakconf
The following packages have bad signatures:
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/drakconf-icons-10.2-5mdk.ppc.rpm: Invalid signature ((SHA1) DSA sha1 md5 (GPG) (MISSING KEY) GPG#26752624 NOT OK)
Do you want to continue installation ? (y/N)
I think it's an error with the file I have on my iso, but since it's the only image available on the Mandriva site, I can't see why it could be screwed up.
Since I'm pretty sure this file is the problem, is there anywhere I can get another copy? I tried using Easy Urpmi, but I can't find the right settings to update my database. I mean, I'm not sure which edition to choose, since I'm running 2005 LE for the PPC, and that's not listed.
Otherwise, is there anything else I can do? Thanks guys.
