bombadil LQ Newbie Registered: Mar 2004 Location: France Distribution: Mandrake Community 10.0 Posts: 2 Rep:	Power management on a Sony Vaio PCG-FX502 Hello ! I am using Mandrake Community 10.0 on my laptop (a Sony Vaio PCG-FX502), and I have got problems with the power management (acpi) : When I suspend my computer (suspend to RAM) by closing the lid, it hangs and I have to do a "hard reboot" (push the power button for a few seconds). I also have the same problem when trying to make my computer hibernate (suspend to HD). Can anyone help me ?
