Need QT 3.0, can't install KDE Theme Manager without it:(

Hi everyone,

how r u all today? I finally am understanding how to untar .tar and .bz2 files but now I have another problem.... While doing the ./configure at the end of the log, it said QT 3.0 could not be found and is needed to finish the installation. I went to the rpm installer to look and found it then I tried to install it and was told I need cd 4. I tried to dl cd 4 from a mirror another member here provided me with but it wouldn't let me connect to the page

Does anyone know where I could d/l cd 4 or if it is available for dl? Thanks

Ps- considering moving from mandrake to either debian,gentoo or slackware but do not know if it would be a wise move. is mandrake better for the novice at linux like me? thanx everyone

As far as I know, the free version comes with 3CDs and the pay version comes with 4. Don't despair however. You can most likely find the rpm you are looking for online http://rpm.pbone.net/, if that doesn't workk do a google linux search.

P.S. you should have no problem using Fedora RPMs (Mandrake is pretty much a Red Hat/Fedora clone anyways)
