I want to play movies in .wmv in Xine. I understand that there is a plugin available to do this. Where can I get this plugin? I also am not sure how to incorporate it into Xine once I get it...so help along these lines would also be much appreciated. Thanks.

and set up PLF as one of your sources - the site gives you instructions; it's pretty straight forward. After you are done, go to mdk control center->software management ->add software. Look for packages that have xine in it using the search function. You'll get a bunch of things and there will be a plugin for win32 codecs (look at the descriptions and make sure that the one you are installing is compatible with the version of xine installed - the 'older' version from PLF should be compatible with xine on the mdk CDs; the 'newer' versions might not be unless you reinstall using the xine package from PLF). Install the package and you'll be set.
