Need help recording to hd from tv card
I've spent countless hours reading and trying to figure this out on top of having to do two reinstalls of O/S after screwing up installation source cd's in urpmi. Using Mandrake 9.1, xawtv, Hauppauge WinTV Go card, can watch tv, snap jpegs that show up in my home directory, but the record on xawtv doesn't seem to do anything. If there is anyone using this set up and can help walk me through proper setup I would be grateful. Sorry, getting tired, realized after posting I was posting to wrong forum, thought I was in Hardware.
