Missing Control Panel Option in MDK 9.1/KDE

If I right-click the panel (aka kicker), and click "Configure Panel", I only have 2 options sub sections: "Taskbar" and "Layout". The "Appearance" one has disappeared, and thus I cannot make my icons on the panel zoom...this applet (for lack of a better word) doesn't seem to be in KDE Control Panel Either......anyone know what happened?

Try on the main KDE menu, Configuration>KDE>LookNFeel>Panels

This is where it is on mine.
