Just upgraded to LE. Memory stick card reader didn't work in 10.1, and camera not detected or supported (Sony DSC-W1).

Now card not detected either - I had read there was better support in LE.

I've got hal and dbus installed, but what do I do with them. Have run 'lsusb' from CLI but nothing detected, and nothing detected in GUI usbview (unsurprisingly!).

Help please ...

Problem solved.

From another source I was advised to enable 'acpi' in MCC Servers, and reboot. I did this and rebooted and it worked. Just posting in case it helps someone else.

That should be MCC, boot, and boot options.
