Hi all,
im a newbie on tux.
I have a problem here
I need to install and configure my USB bluetooth device, i've download the blueZ protocol stack (my device is supported by blueZ (MSI/hci_usb)).
I use mandrake 9.2 with 2.4.22-26mdk kernel. To support the blueZ modules i downloaded the patch for 2.4.22 kernel from blueZ homepage which is patch 2.4.22-mh3.tar (
http://www.holtmann.org/linux/kernel/)
and after i extract the patch i place the patch to my linux kernel source (/usr/src/linux2.4.22-26mdk) n run the patch by using command patch -p1 patch-2.4.22-mh3 but nothing happen only waiting waitng n waiting.....
how can i solve these problem..... help me please........
is to patch a kernel take a long long time? coz i've wait for about 5 min nothing happen....
or to install blueZ no need to patch the kernel source first ?
please anyone help me out .
I need to install the bluetooth stact to communicate my Nokia3660 with my tux box to send a file n so on.
