I noticed the same thing when i downloaded the "official" 10 version as well. during the install it still said Community instead of Official, but when i had to reinstall mdk (and to find out later that i really didnt >
) when it asked me if I want to upgrade the current linux version or do a fresh install, i noticed that the version it listed to upgrade was "Mandrake 10 (Official)".
My guess is that this just wasn't changed from Community to Official in the installation screen?
There may be another way to check it, but I'm just learning linux so i have no other way to tell you. I'm not sure if it is listed using the uname command or not, so you might want to try that as well. I'm on a windows computer at work right now, or Id check now just out of curiosity, so you may want to try that. . .

question about versions. How can you tell which you have? I recently network installed Mandrake 10 from the boot images found on the Mandrake's website. The install said Community, but if it's not the official version, what is? I just installed it a few days ago.
