How to delete boot manager???


I installed Linux, then had to delete because of some problems, But the boot manager did not get deleted, how do i get rid of it?

I'm planning to install linux again, so should i just leave it there?

I ran into the same problem several times.

You can use a win98 startup disk or boot using any windows cd, into a command prompt.

just type fdisk /mbr this will recreate your Boot Record. After that, if you have any partitions you still want to boot into, use fdisk to configure a new Active Partition.
