This is for a dell C800 with the ATI Rage Mobility 128 video card with Mandrake 9.1. I have my display working but I had to set it at 1600x1400 or something so it would work. It's killing my eyes even though I've altered all of the text, menu's, etc to make them bigger. When I try to change it to a smaller resolution and reboot X won't start.
I would like it to work at 1280x1024 or 1024x768 but I can't find any config files that will allow it.
I have checked a dell laptop group on yahoo and could'nt get any of those config files to work.
Any help would be appreciated.
