The gateway should be the router's IP address.
The host name can be anything you like.
The dns can be the dns ip address your ISP provides, or possibly via your router, and therefore you put the router's ip address in here - whatever suits you.
IP address depends on how you allocate ips, do you use dhcp? If so, it is automatically allocated. If not, the router should have a list of static ips and you just chooose one that isn't already being used.
