Do you have the original CD?

Your going to have to reinstall Windows, which will destroy your Linux. or You could try re arranging the space on Linux (using parted) and save the first partition for Windows.

Create a Linux boot disk first and then reinstall the Linux MBR bootloader (LILO or Grub) and change fstab and everthing else for your new system. Its probably better to do that first thinking about it.

Which Linux Distribution did you install on your PC ?

When you turn on the computer, hit the DEL key a few times until the BIOS loads. DEL is the default key for most BIOSes.

So, the only OS on the PC is Linux... good choice.
Seriously, did you leave any free space ?

If you plan on installing win2000 or winXP, you can resize your Linux partitions using GNU Parted.
If you plan on installing win98, then you have to format the HDD.

GNU Parted
