10.0community small problem starting Smb4k

hi.

I messed up some how. i mounted some shared folders on a win xp computer (also this computer is the gateway to the internet) on my network. smb4k mounted them connecting to the internet connection ip address insted of the hostname for some reason.

I had the smb4k client set to reconnect to previous mounts on startup and now it begins to look for the shares connected through the ip (which isnt mine anymore cos my ip changes each time i connect, disconnect) it was last recorded as connected to. it just sticks here for ever.

can i start the program somehow with clean settings so it wont try to remount the old shares?

cheers.
Ben.

I don't use smb4K-- LinNeighborhood instead-- but if they are similar in one respect, there should be a hidden folder in the user's $HOME directory containing the saved mount points to be remounted for that user. You could edit, or erase those. This being a KDE program, the program settings might be in ~/.kde/smb4k rather than just ~/.smb4k.

Alternatively, I see the program has a toolbar (thus is GUI), why not just unmount the shares within the program interface and either remount them with the correct settings, or mount nothing, and save those settings instead?
