You may not vote on this poll

I got this mail today from LinuxQuestions.org - Community Bulletin: "The LQ Poll series continues. This time we'd like to know, What was your first Linux kernel version?..."
But when I follow the link, I find "Voters: 28. You may not vote on this poll". Why not?

Well, seems like this posting was the solution to my problem - I could not vote before I had posted my first question.
I was registered back in 2009, so I am not convinced I have not posted anything before, but who cares,,,,

You hadn't any posts?
Or a post is required to vote, and/or that you need a post to vote, and voting doesn't count.

Voting in a poll does require a member to have made a single post. We'll clarify the error message.
