What happened to my post?

Hello,

I just join yesterday to write a post, it took me two hours to write. I’m a slow writer because so don’t do it often enough. I am kicking myself for not making a backup of it. I submit it, it says it will be approved by moderators but it has been over 12 hours now. If it is not going to be approved can someone at least send me a copy of it so I can send it by other mediums?
