I couldn't resist. Changing user-agent using about:config is too tedious for me. So I added to firefox spoofer add-on. Not very intuitive interface but I finally managed to set user-agent string. So now LQ shows round blue Slackware logo. And I was happy seeing this logo.

I'm curious, is there a list of other strings that trigger LQ distro logos? I never really paid attention til I read this thread, now I'm noticing the generic pengiun, ubuntu, and slackware, and I get a questionmark I guess; wondering if there's others that might work...
