Considering that you've stated you are study for a masters in sociology, why don't you already have a fair idea of how to approach this effort?
You've been polite enough to not just post some sort of global query without preamble, however now you're going overboard in the other direction and acting like you have zero experience with this type of activity.
Hi! Unfortunately, I do have limited practical experience dealing with open-source communities. My previous message was somewhat convoluted (for which I apologise) owing to the fact that I was trying to reconcile the different, not always compatible, suggestions that I had received earlier. OK, too make a long story short, which forum should I use for posting the questions? Sorry once again about the inconveniences.

Hi themechanicalrose.
I would suggest you please re-review the earlier comments about your question, I feel that they were all similar and all compatible with exactly what you have asked for::

Then waiting? What do you think the moderators can do....select 12 for you?

I would suggest that this very forum, LQ Suggestions & Feedback, would be a good place to post your new thread regarding your request, as it is specific to LQ.

Hydrurga, following your advice I have posted the questions at the LQ Suggestions & Feedback forum, but of course it will be fine if it gets moved to a more suitable forum. Thanks so much to everyone for your words and suggestions. I greatly look forward to some great replies to the questionnaire. Best regards.

TBOone, hydrurga, Jeremy and jailbait, the thread for the Sociological Study (now in the General forum) is starting to run cold. Any additional answers would be greatly appreciated! In any case, thanks once again for your patience.
