That page it shows no one logged in.. the 0 Replies link only shows up if or when a member logs in.

I have to be logged in so that this link appears, but there's another one down right the page, "0 reply threads" in "Main menu" that is there.
I mean, wouldn't it be better both links to be available or not, together?

Yes, the main menu was the later addition which includes the link without having to login.
