Scripts for this forum

I've seen that this forum is very similar to the one at codeguru.com and a few others that I can't remember off hand.

I was just wondering who wrote the scripts and where I might see about obtaining them for a site I am making.

These types of forums usually will state about 99% of the time at the bottom of each page what forum software is being used..
