How a distribution is added to the forum.
https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...distro-513876/

Since Raspbian is an ARM port of debian wheezy much of its documentation is also usable for the Pi. In addition the Raspberry Pi Foundation has there own forum which includes support for the Pi's most popular (I assume) distributions i.e Raspbian, Fedora, Arch and RISCOS. In addition there are several Raspbian images although I assume that most are using one from the Pi Foundation.

I don't think the foundation would also support LQ but no harm in asking. I think most of the questions about the Pi seem to fit the embedded/SBC hardware subforum or programming so they are usually created / moved there.
