Please make shockwave petition a News: or Sticky

For the sake of the Linux community, I ask of you moderators to make the Shockwave petition discussion(contains link to petition inside) a news: thread, so we, Linux users, might stand a chance in actually getting Shockwave players and plugins for Linux.
The URL to the thread is http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...hreadid=115779

Unfortunately we don't setup stickies to online petitions or the such at this time. We usually only have them in place for general information regarding maybe that particular forum they are placed in or what we feel might be technical help that may benefit others.

Regards.

So, is it possible to have the thread be stuck at the top of a specific folder instead of all the folders?

Simply no, like mentioned before, we don't sticky requests to online petitions.

We do however have a thread in Software of what apps you would want ported to windows that we have stickied. You could contribute to it and mention your link to the petition.

Yup, if you go look at the thread/sticky in Software, it will explain this.

I checked it out a little bit, but I'm getting the idea of ported FROM Windows, or ported TO Linux.... Correct me if I'm wrong, though....
