Another pointless argument won by me heheh

We are, of course, both correct. Depending on where you stand.

Well Jeremy, I am new to this forum and I was recommended to visit you and to look you up by Tom Adelstein the co-writer of the book "Exploring the JDS Linux Desktop".

So I will be at the LinuxExpo too and I will be looking you up.

Kind Regards,

Ricardo W.

My 2 cents ... It was great to meet all you guys iin the flesh, but I feel very strongly that this 'outing' will need to be repeated on at least an annual basis. Take it from me, these guys need far more practice in the fine art of drinking real dark beer. They were soooo slow downing the Guinness that I sobered up sufficiently to drive home!

However, iin their defense, I can categorically state that they know exactly how to dispatch a pizza! I can also confirm that unlike many of the posters here on LQ they can hack into wireless nets within seconds no matter what make or specifications their laptops are.

It sounds like it was a great event -- might there be any pics available once you return? I'd be interested in checking out the scene -- J.W.
