I am new to linux community.Getting notification whenever anyone posts a new thread.


I wanted to know is there a way that I can subs scribe to this site and whenever anyone posts a new thread I can have a mail on my email ID.Please let me know if this feature exists on this site.

Why would you possibly want to do that? There are new threads every couple of minutes... just refresh the page. It's certainly not possible at the moment. There are RSS feeds which might give you somethign more of what you want.

Same was as any other RSS feed on the web, just click on it and add it to whatever feed aggregator you use.

But what I was really looking for was a alert kind of thing if someone post any thing good.The one we have in windows share point.Suppose if I subscribe to my alerts I get a notification if someone posts something.Is there any way to do this right now.
