It is here. I think that they take extra 'anti-spam' measures against early posts, and that was your first post (and the time says that it was posted 2 minutes earlier than this one).
I logged in and it said I did not post any question.
When I join LQ, my first post appeared instantly upon pressing the summit button. However, my second post took a few hours to appear. I guess it depends on how many new posts from new members the mods have to read and screen for spams.

In this particular case, the thread never hit the moderation queue and was posted immediately. http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...3/#post5288151 has information on why some threads from new members may hit the moderation queue.
