HTTP/2 and SSL update

A heads up that I have enabled HTTP/2 and OCSP Stapling for www.linuxquestions.org. After we verify this is working as expected we'll move all traffic to https with HSTS enabled. If you run into any issues or have any questions, let me know.

Thanks Jeremy!

I should also say that, I personally create a bookmark, in my web browser for LQ that, uses https anyway. And for the sake of security, members should be using: https://www.linuxquestions.org/ anyway.

And while I don't think it's just LQ but, sometimes there is a bit of a wait (30 - 60 seconds) when loading LQ from https.
But it's VERY intermittent and happens with different browsers, so not really sure what the issue is?

All http links should be temporary (302) redirects to https as of now. Once we've verified there are no issues we'll move those to permanent (301) redirects. From there we'll enable HSTS.

The 301 change is rolling out now. If you notice any issues, please let us know ASAP.
