It says when im writiing a message like right now in the "Forum Rules" that HTML code is OFF. I would like to know how to turn thi on so I can make my posts look cool... If you can hlp please do.
I think having HTML enabled is supposed to be some kind of security risk, so this uses 'vBulletin code', instead, as a middleman to the HTML. Just use that instead... except don't. *g* I don't think people want to read cool looking posts - more like clear and descriptive. Use 'bold' and 'italics' for command syntax and 'code' for terminal output or snippets of actual code. Stuff like that.
Anyway - only admin (jeremy) can turn it on and I'm sure he won't or he would have. *g*
you can use that provided tags such as [ IMG ] and [ B ] to simulate enough html for your needs. full html is not enabled as this site is about content, not silly (ugly) gimmicks. thanks
