I am confused as the sticky here seems to say you have to pay for this (which I did not).
Oooh, I've got the same email, and I'm far from a helpful, contributing member, I manage to find half an hour once every 2 weeks or so, just to read up on what sort of issues people are having these days.

The access errors should now be fixed - thanks for the heads up. We have indeed enabled some additional functionality for members with greater than 150 posts (that number is subject to change for future upgrades, but anyone upgraded previously will be grandfathered in). Thank you for contributing to LQ. As a note, the Contributing Member program will remain unaltered.

I've got the same mail. I think it has to do something with your total number of posts here on LQ. It begins to dawn on me that after you reach a number of posts, you get some new features. It must be some kind of positive feedback from Jeremy that you actually post here (and not only in times when you need something).
