Can't Disable All Email Notifications?

Hello,

When making a new post and when someone replies to that post, I am automatically receiving email notifications.

How can I disable all email notifications, for any future posts I make?

THANKS

Did you also unsubscribe from existing threads to which you are currently subscribed? Changing the default only affects “future” threads.
What did you set the default to?
