InMotion Hosting is seeking “Rock Star” Technical Support Representatives to work in their support department assisting customers on the front line. Our Technical Representatives are the first point of contact to address customer issues and must ensure each customer is provided with a “WOW” experience and first class service.

What Will I Do?
• Assist valued customers over the phone, email and chat without scripts
• Independently solve customer issues, maintaining first class communication
• Walk customers through set up of products
• Gain in depth technical knowledge to assist customers
• Continually build your technical skill set to advance within the ranks

Do You Have What It Takes?
• Do you run Linux on a home machine (Ubuntu, Suse, Gentoo, etc)
• Are you working within the command line to execute programs
• Are you familiar with the LAMP stack
• Do you currently maintain a website or blog
• Are you familiar with Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal
• Have you configured FTP and Email clients
• Experience providing first class customer service
• Like Free Lunch and Snacks
• Enjoy working in a relaxed environment

Compensation:
$11.50 - $13.50 per hour, monthly performance bonus eligibility from $75- $450. Ability to earn $10 per Customer Kudo for providing first class service, plus raffle entries for monthly Customer Kudo Check drawing.
