Was that taken in Wales? Isn't Alan Cox Welsh?

Judging by the photos, I don't think he's a typical BMW driver though...

Well good on him.

Cant afford the prices but the company is a leading edge ISP for SME's in Wales so car and plate well earnt I guess.
