I Did It!

ive been trying to get my linksys wireless-b v2.8 usb network adapter to work for a day now and with no luck from the how to's on here! but here is all i had to do to fix the problem!

install mandrake 10.1 beta
configure everything as much as you can in the installation
when you get up and running (i use kde) use the system configuration tool
go to network and internet
then click new connection

from here all i had to do was enter in my network name and the encryption key (so not just neone can connect to your wireless connection) and then left all the rest of the things i didnt know bank.

openen mozilla and voila!
im using mandrake 10.1 to write this right now!
a job well done and a little weight off of my shoulder!
